Bridesmaid Gift Ideas

For willingly wearing whatever dress you pick out and for all the potential work (and patience) your bridesmaids will likely be putting into your wedding day to help make it the everything you've imagined, it's nice to give a little something in return to show your appreciation. Like everything else in my life, I'm always brainstorming for new ideas that nobody has done before, or thinking of practical gift items that the girls can use over and over again after the wedding passes. Here are some of my favorite bridesmaid gift ideas that are sure to be crowd pleasers.
Beauty kit
Gather some of your favorite beauty items and gift them to your bridesmaids to use when getting ready for your wedding day. Select complementary items for each girl that not only go with your wedding theme, but also fit each girl's skin tone: nail polish that matches one of your wedding shades, mascara, a lip product, eyeliner — you name it! Package everything up in a cute makeup bag to give to each girl and you've got yourself a unique (and useful) bridesmaid gift.
Custom robe
Speaking of getting ready, another idea would be giving your bridesmaids robes to wear when prepping to walk down the isle. You can shop for just about any style or color you want on sites that are affordable and won't break the bank (check out robemart.com). Customize the robes with their names and choose a color that fits your wedding palette. This is an item that each girl can continue to use after the wedding + it makes for an amazing photo opportunity!
Monogrammed Jewelry
This is a classic gift idea. This gives your bridesmaids something special to wear during the ceremony and it's an item they'll keep forever to always remember your wedding day! Choose a metal that fits their dresses best and monogram it with their initials or name — and maybe even add your wedding date. Spa bundle
Depending on how pleasant you are to your maids during wedding-time stress, a relaxing spa night at home may be just what they need. Add face masks, body scrubs, scented soap, pore strips, bath bombs and hair treatments to a cute reusable basket for a unique gift. This will be an awesome display for their bathroom and the basket can be repurposed after the products run out.
Pajama set + overnight tote bag
Yes ladies, we're bringing it back to our sleepover days. Gifting your bridesmaids a tote bag with a pajama set is the perfect gift for an overnight stay, especially if you plan to stay the night with your girls the night before your wedding day. You can embroider each with their names and favorite colors for a customized look. Again, these are both items that each girl can get great use out of!
