The Freedom Barn is a unique rustic/industrial style wedding and event venue. We not only have the mission to make your wedding day or event the best day possible, we also operate to support a nonprofit organization called The Hope Center Indy.

The Hope Center Indy is an organization that rescues women coming out of human trafficking in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas and gives them a second chance at life, gives them hope. And here at The Freedom Barn when you host your wedding or event with us that is exactly what you are doing, you are giving hope that freedom does exist by being a part of the change.

The Freedom Barn is a historic 5,000-square foot, 2 story brick barn tucked away inside the city limits of Indianapolis. Designed for weddings, corporate events, private events, and ministry functions, The Freedom Barn provides an affordable, blank slate space to build the wedding or event of your dreams while supporting a good cause.

With multiple different outdoor wedding backdrops just, steps away from The Freedom Barn offers a gazebo, wooded area, and our slab overlook backdrop all surrounded by beautiful wooded surroundings and near a 10,000-square foot greenhouse available for photo ops. With such beautiful surroundings and the barn being a space you can do so little to or add as much decor as you would like it is a beautiful space for the rustic or industrial bride to be.

Best of all every booking provides HOPE to fund the aftercare program for women escaping human trafficking in Indiana and the surrounding area. Not only does a portion of your fees benefit the women transition to freedom and wholeness, but also support their job training in food preparation, event planning, marketing, photography and more.
