Here you will meet lots of Vendors like bakeries where you can try samples of their delicious wedding cakes, tuxedo rental stores where they will have samples of all kinds of fabrics and accessories for tuxes, DJs playing wonderful music and showing their light display, and so much more! It’s a super fun dazzling time as you see so many possibilities to help make your wedding dreams come true!

But, wait, what is a referral and why is it so important?

A referral is a genuine, trusted person you know who recommends a vendor/service/product in which that person has had a positive experience. This heartfelt referral will save you time and money. For example, if your cousin Becca recently got married and has raved about how affordable and delicious her wedding cake tasted, ask her for more details. Time will be saved because you don’t have to spend so much time searching and learning about different places to find great service and prices. Money will be saved because you know your cousin Becca is price savvy and knows where to get the best deals!

When you contact the referred person, be sure to let them know who referred you and why! So thoughtful and they will be delighted to know.

At the Wedding Expo Events, gather names of vendors who you enjoyed visiting with. Share their names with trusted friends/family and see if they have used their services. If no one you know has used their services yet, another option is to look for reviews from their clients/testimonials. These can be found on their business websites or even by Googling and finding referral sites.
