Congratulations on your engagement!

Wedding planning can be the most exciting but stressful time in your life much like buying a home or moving out of a home. You have all of these wonderful ideas and plans but putting them into action could seem daunting.

Let me introduce myself. My name is Katie James and I am a realtor with Carpenter Realtors.

I decided to go into real estate because the idea and the action of helping people buy their dream home to create memories and a life in sounds like the best way I could help my community. I am passionate about the client’s goals, whether that would be to buy or sell, I know that I can put my best foot forward for them.

I have grown up watching my strong mother work hard for what she wanted and I am following in her footsteps.
