Kathryn is Indianapolis’ very own The Crazy Red Haired Lady! She has had an inspiring blog since 2009. She has taken a tragedy and healed through words and alternative therapies. She is adorable, kind, and local!

My daughter Lainey and I easily booked an appointment with Kathryn. It was an hour appointment where we would each have a half hour treatment with Kathryn. We had such an amazing experience! As we entered her serene treatment room, we were comforted by tranquil music. There was a light fresh smell and we loved the subtle sparkly white lights adorning greenery on shelves of books, herbs, and spices.

Kathryn invited Lainey to lie down on her cushioned table. Lainey easily relaxed her head on the soft red pillow and did not need to change. She kept on her clothes she came in. And then Kathryn began her therapeutic treatment. Kathryn was able to feel Lainey’s energy and how it moved through her body. Kathryn was able to talk about why Lainey had some troubled energy and give helpful advice on how to alleviate that energy. It was amazing how just from that energy Kathryn new ailments going on with Lainey.

As Lainey received her treatment, I sat in a comfy chair by her side.

I so felt at peace like Lainey did and it wasn’t even my turn yet!

When it was my turn, I received the same type of treatment and once again was in awe how by feeling my energy Kathryn was able to explain some of my ailments and offered ideas on how to treat them.

According to Google’s Dictionary, “Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing process of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.” It’s origin is “universal life energy”. Also, “Chakra are various focal points used in a variety of meditation practices.”

Lainey and I opted for the Tame Your Squirrel Sass spritzer. It promised to provide mental clarity, focus energy, and concentration and it did not disappoint us!

After we left that day, we ran some errands and by the time we got home we were relaxed but exhausted. We sprayed our Tame Your Squirrel Sass spritzer a few times around us (Kathryn explained not on us) and yes indeed, it was subtle but we definitely rejuvenated - it was subtle and felt fantastic!
